Claridge Plaze is a four phase luxury high rise condominium project initiated around 2006. It is currently entering the third phase of construction leaving in its footsteps an iconic sky line view in Canada’s Nation Capital, Ottawa. We were requested to participate with Claridge to work on their exterior building envelope which was predominantly, precast, glazing and EIFS all in difficult to reach and working conditions.

During this time we worked to find the best method to tie in some of these cladding with the living area exteriors of the tenants. Since that time we have fully completed Phase I and Phase II successfully and have moved on to complete the remaining portion of the mega project.
